The ring

A ring you wear like a quiet rhythm.

Sahéla moves. It's made to. Choose your build: one holds an outer band still while the center turns beneath your thumb, the other opens the spin up on top, unframed. Either way, it is textured, tactile, a little hypnotic. You set it going without thinking.

There's a particular kind of calm that comes not from stillness, but from a small motion you can repeat. Sahéla is that motion. Worn through ordinary moments; a long meeting, a crowded train, a conversation that asks more than you expected. It keeps your hands busy the way a good habit does. Quietly, without announcement.

The contrast between the turning outer band and the still inner one is intentional. What faces the world moves. What touches you stays still. Sahéla develops a subtle patina where your thumb sets it spinning most, the turn easing as it learns your hand. A small record of how often you reached for calm.

Which finger should I wear it on?

Index, middle or thumb work best. They're the fingers a thumb can comfortably reach to spin the inner band. It'll sit fine on any finger, but those three make the turn easiest.
Will the spin loosen or wear out?

The band eases into a smoother, more even turn over the first weeks, then stays there. A little beeswax now and then keeps it gliding. It's printed as one piece, so there's nothing to come apart.
How do I find my size?

Find your fit using our Ring Size Conversion Chart. If it's not listed below, select "Other" and enter your ring size in US measurements in the Special Instructions section before checking out. Because each ring is made to order, getting the size right first matters more than speed.
Will it irritate sensitive skin?

It's gold-free, metal-free and hypoallergenic. Made for people whose have sensitive skin. The sealant also keeps the dye from transferring.
Why does it smell faintly at first?

A light natural scent is normal for the material as it airs. We let every ring breathe in open air before it's sent, and what remains fades on its own within a few days.
How do I care for it?

Keep it dry, wipe it with a soft cloth, and refresh it with a little beeswax now and then. Your care card walks you through it.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?

Not exactly, and that's the idea. Each ring is handfinished from wood-filled material, so small differences in colour, grain and texture are part of every piece. Screen colours can shift a little too. We see the variation as character, not a flaw.
Can I return or exchange it?

Because each ring is made to order just for you, sales are final once we start making it. We can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind. You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, as long as production hasn't begun; just email hey@rafike.co with your order details. And if your ring arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us as soon as you can after it arrives, with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it.
What if I order the wrong size?

Sizing is yours to choose, so please use the size chart before ordering. A ring made in the size you picked isn't faulty, so it's not eligible for a free return or refund. If it doesn't fit, we can remake it in the right size for a reduced fee that covers materials, rather than full price - just email hey@rafike.co. Unsure of your size? Where do you ship?

From Singapore, worldwide. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes on arrival are the customer's to cover, and they vary by country. Once your ring is on its way, risk passes to you on delivery, so do double-check your address at checkout.
Will this design come back?

Our collections are made in small, numbered drops a few times a year. Once a drop closes, a design may not return. So if it's calling to you, now's the time.
